Automatic drilling machine for CNC distributor
1、本设备是多孔分配器加工专机，用于分配器钻孔加工。本机上料方式为人工上料、
自动上料（可选）。钻孔分度由伺服电机（Y轴）带动旋转夹头实现，钻头的进给
（Z轴）由电机驱动精密丝杆传动，可实现进慢等多段速度控制及多点定位。整机
采用PLC+触摸屏控制。全自动运行，具有加工精密高、操作简单方便的特点。
1. The equipment is specially designed for the drilling process of perforated distributor. The feeding of the machine is manual or automatic (optional). Drilling indexing is achieved when servo motor (Y-axis) drives spin chuck. The drill feed (Z-axis) is transmitted by precision screw driven by electric motor to achieve multi-stage speed control and multi-point positioning. The machine is controlled through PLC and touch screen. It can be operated in full-automatic mode characterized by high machining precision and easy operation.
