SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

Line-side components

Line reactors

Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

Recommended line-side power components

Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

DC link components

Braking resistors

Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

1 引 言

随着计算机技术引入工业控制系统,PLC已经成为工业自动化控制系统的重要组成部分。包钢原料场是一个大型综合原料处理系统,整个综合料场占地约6平方公里。要保证一个大型现代化钢铁企业正常运转,首先必须保证原料正常、稳定、高效供应。包钢原料场工艺复杂、设备多、距离长,原料场主要生产设备有:胶带运输机、堆料机、取料机、带斗门机、圆盘给料机、卸车机、移动小车等。由这些设备组成输入、混匀、配料、输出等主要系统。这些运输系统由皮带运输机构成复杂的运输网络,工艺流程复杂。为提高设备效率,稳定地向高炉、烧结供料,必须实现原料处理作业的自动化控制。

2 控制系统的组成及原理

电气控制设备主要由浙江中控技术有限公司的GCS-1控制系统和各种电机和变频器组成。

2.1 网络结构

2.1.1 系统网络拓扑图

由于整个料场设备很多,所以控制系统依据现场电气的分配原则分为11个控制站(电磁站),分别控制混匀系统、卸料系统、矿石及焦炭筛分系统、原料输入系统、原料输出系统、除尘系统的各个设备。每个控制站均采用冗余的PLC控制系统,通过双层双光纤环网与中心调度室进行通讯,来实现设备的监控。系统整体架构如图1。

2.1.2 双层光纤环网

由于系统分站较多,地域广,而且系统要求的可靠性很高,所以在网络结构中采用冗余方式。双层光纤环网由两个平行的单层光纤环网构成,主要网络部件采用MOXA的光纤转RJ45口的光纤环网交换机。它除了具备光纤网络的传输距离远,传输信号不易受到干扰的特点外,还具有环网的优点,处在环网中的任何节点断开或环网中的任一点断开,并不会影响网络的正常运行,只是由原来的环网变为单总线的网络结构,从而提高了网络的可靠性。双层的环网结构本身就具有冗余的功能,使网络更加可靠。

2.1.3 控制站内部网络结构

在各控制站中均配置为冗余的CPU,使各站具有冗余功能,各有两个光纤环网交换机,用于连接两层光纤环网。由于整个综合料场是一个整体,工艺系统结构紧密,设备间连锁信号较多,而我们各个控制站的分站原则是按照电气站进行分离的,主要依据是现场各个设备所在的地理位置,人为将整个系统进行分割,所以在各个控制站的站间数据交换将非常频繁,而且相对比较重要,因此我们将CPU以太网接口直接与光纤交换机相连。

2.2 控制原理

综合料场作业流程控制是一种生产过程控制。原料运输与加工的生产过程,是在统一控制下的一群设备的集约化行动。原料区改造后共有作业流程335条,其中允许同时运行的流程32条;运行过程中可切换路线的流程有49组98条;运行过程中可换料种的流程有11条,此外,还有9组流程具有叠加功能。

流程控制要求:

1)拥有相关设备的流程,称为互相“干扰”的流程,通常情况下只允许其中一条运行。考虑到系统能力充裕,输送物料相同,起点不同,终点相同的若干流程可不互相干扰,允许同时交叉运转。另外,还有一些流程可以相互切换。

2)综合料场zui多可以有25条无相关设备的互相不干扰的流程,这些流程可以同时运行。

3)不论是原料运输作业还是加工作业,流程的启动、给料、顺停全过程,必须*符合工艺要求,必须把整个生产线上的余料全部排放干净才能停止。

4)任*程的顺序启动、顺序停止或设备故障,不影响正在运行的其它流程。

5)具有完善的流程状态演变过程的显示和报警功能,可保障运行安全,操作灵活方便。

2.2.1 皮带控制程序

皮带控制包括:普通皮带控制和正反转皮带控制,原理类似,下面以普通皮带控制为例简要说明。

设备自动启动条件具备,自动状态下按下启动按钮(或顺启条件具备),首先输出电铃信号,发出启动警报,同时开始计时,3秒后发出皮带启动指令输出至现场接触器,使其动作,启动电机,同时返回设备运行信号,会同启动输出指令一起为DO输出做自保持。当按下停止按钮后,自动启动回路断开,DO无输出,接触器断开,设备停止。

设备手动启动条件具备,手动状态下按下手动启动压扣,手动启动回路接通,发出皮带启动输出指令至现场接触器,接触器动作,启动电机,同时返回设备运行信号,会同启动输出指令一起为DO输出做自保持。当按下手动停止按钮后,手动启动回路断开,DO无输出,接触器断开,设备停止。

2.2.2 设备连锁停止

当所选料线设备正常运行,若料线其中一个设备停止(故障或非故障停车),则所选料线此设备上游设备将联锁停止,下游设备仍保持运行。例如,若所选料线为A1→A2→A3→A4→A5→A6都处于运行装态,当A5出现故障停车时,其上游设备A1→A2→A3→A4都将停止,而下游设备A6则仍处于运行状态。由于料场控制是顺控的过程,这样可以避免因中间设备故障停机而发生堆料情况,有效地减少经济损失。

2.2.3 设备顺起

设备顺起首先要确定所选料线中各设备具备自动启动条件。选择合适料线,按下顺起按钮后,设备将从所选料线从下往上逐个启动。直至所选择的料线全部启动完毕后或顺起指令发出100秒后顺起复位。若顺起失败或其他原因需要停止设备启动,则可按下顺起复位按钮将其手动复位。

2.2.4 倒系统

当所选料线设备正常运行,若需要小范围更改料线而不是整个系统停车,则可执行“倒系统”操作。此时倒系统不会使整个系统停车,但是在倒系统结束后,应及时点击“倒系统”按钮使倒系统操作结束。

2.2.5 系统急停

在现场时常会发生人们难以预料的情况,此时如果每个设备都要现场操作人员手动停止的话,往往可能快速性不够,很难达到一有情况就全线立即停车的目的。在软件中设置“急停”,保证对现场事故迅速作出反应,zui大*达到避免现场操作人员伤亡和减少经济损失的效果。当监控画面按下“急停”按钮时,整个料场系统所有设备都会无条件停车。

3 系统功能

(1)按照生产需要选择上料、堆料、取料、应急取料等不同的流程, 并控制流程上设备的顺序启动、同时启动、顺序停止、同时停止、紧急停止、故障停止等。

(2)可以根据生产需要选择不同的含铁原料, 改变或设定各种含铁原料的配比,通过自动配料控制系统实现所选原料按配比下料。

(3)报表打印功能。可以在每次改变配比后将原配比和新配比打印出来;可以统计各班的配料总量、各种原料的消耗量, 在当班结束时打印出来;统计每月的配料总量、各种原料的月消耗量,每月末以报表的形式打印出来。

(4)报警功能。本控制系统可以在生产过程中实时监控各种关键设备的运行状况,若设备的运行参数超出预先设定的上下限,则在主控室的上位机上发出报警信息,提醒操作人员采取相应的措施。

(5)故障记录功能。本系统可以记录在运行过程中出现故障的设备, 故障时间及有关故障的简单信息, 方便维护人员维护系统设备。
