HgCdTe光电探测器(MCT)可以配置液氮致冷或者电制冷,通过调整这种三元化合物的合金成分,可以改变波长响应范围。HgCdTe探测器需要优化偏置电压,以提高信噪比。带TEC的HgCdTe探测器具有高性能,易于操作。标准探测器在2µm至5µm波长范围内进行了优化。扩展范围探测器在超过5µm的波长范围内工作。光学增强型探测器具有反射和折射光学元件,以提高这些设备的探测率,非常适合使用光纤的应用。
产品介绍
HgCdTe探测器安装在两级、三级或四级冷却器上。探测器内部包括一个经过校准的热敏电阻,用于精确的温度监测和/或温度控制。焊接窗口和焊接盖用于密封。使用惰性气体密封,以实现更高效的冷却器操作。
此外,可以选配以下配件:前置放大器、电源、散热器和温度控制器。
