三、工作原理:
本机是依靠装有金刚石刃具的平面磨头,在告诉转速的情况下实现混凝土芯样的端面磨削目的,该机采用圆立柱导轨和丝杠升降手动给进方式,保证了磨头工作平稳,可靠。

四、使用方法:
★接通HMP-150型混凝土芯样磨平机电源及水源。
★根据芯样直径选择相应的夹具,将芯样夹紧并转到底盘中位置后将夹具立柱索紧。
★松开上、下索紧手轮,转动升降手轮,当磨轮端面距芯样端面1mm时停止。然后索紧上索紧手柄,开启进水嘴阀门通水,并闭合电源开关,使磨轮转动,然后逆时针转动手轮,并使磨头下降。当磨轮端面接触试样端面时摆动磨头进行磨削。这样不断地使磨轮下降直至磨平试样端面。
★磨削完毕,关闭电源及水嘴阀。使其处于上**限位置。
★松开夹具索紧手柄,将夹具同试件一同取下并反向按装。重复2、3、4动作磨削另一端面。直至芯样端面符合要求为止

★ Release the gripping cable and tighten the handle, remove the gripper together with the test piece, and press in the opposite direction. Repeat 2, 3, and 4 to grind the other end surface. Until the core sample end meets the requirements
五、操作规程;
★接通电源及水源。

六、注意事项:
★芯样端面磨削要求质量高,为了防止工作发生振动,磨平机工作时应放在地质较硬的地方,并仔细调正地脚螺钉使底盘放平
★磨轮在磨削中会产生较高热量,为了保证磨轮的使用寿命,严禁在无水情况下进行磨削。
★水源应该有足够的水压,在水压较低时,当磨轮旋转后水流会因受到阻力,磨轮部位会无水喷出。此时可用水管直接将水喷在试件磨削平面上,以保证正常工作。
★在磨轮A次使用时或当磨轮金钢石颗粒磨钝,使削磨发生困难时可用耐火太砖或砂砖待磨轮端面有金刚石颗粒露出即可)。
★芯样装在夹具上,应使芯样两端面露出长度相同为宜。当一端磨好后反向磨削另一面时,不应松动夹具紧固螺丝以保证芯样两端的平行度与端面与轴线的垂直度。
★混凝土磨平机在使用现场应有可靠的接地装置,以防意外事故发生。
★混凝土磨平机用后应擦拭干净。

★ The core sample is mounted on the fixture, and the two ends of the core sample should be exposed at the same length. When one end is ground and the other side is ground in the opposite direction, the clamp fastening screws should not be loosened to ensure the parallelism of the two ends of the core sample and the perpendicularity of the end surface and the axis.
★ Reliable grounding device should be used on the concrete grinder to prevent accidents.
★ The concrete grinder should be wiped clean after use.
