结构与原理:
发动机冷却液自动检测仪由四部分构成,包括浴槽制冷系统、浴槽加热系统、电机搅拌系统、彩色触摸屏人机交互系统。仪器浴槽采用酒精作为制冷液,采用压缩机双机制冷技术,浴槽温度可以达到-80℃,能够覆盖所有发动机冷却液的冰点。
仪器自带7寸彩色触摸屏,屏幕可以实时显示试样的温度曲线,试样和浴槽中的温度,用户可以实时设置预期冰点,修改仪器时间,自检系统的各个部分等,可以对试验结果进行存储,采用嵌入式系统设计,用户可以查看历史数据。
