1、机台本身吸附力不好,整张板子吸附固定的问题不大,加工小料的时候就吸附不住。

2、生产软件生成的加工路径不合理,应当遵循先切小板再切大板,先切没有连接的地方再切有连接的地方,都是小板要从外边往里面切,遵序的原理就是产品不是依靠本身的吸附力固定住自己,而是靠其它的板材去辅助固定的,注:加工实木的时候尤其要注意材料的纹理。
